BAJALTA: Kapotha Lions on Tuesday defeated Bajalta Kings in the Maruti Suzuki Nagrota Premier League Tournament, an initiative of MLA Devender Singh Rana.
Winning the toss at Bajalta playfield in the Nagrota Assembly Constituency, Bajalta Kings decided to bat first and managed to score 128 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 14 overs.
Kapotha Lions chased the target in 13.3 overs for the loss of five wickets. Jeet Rana was declared Man of the Match for his all round performance of unbeaten 30 runs and one wicket.
The match was officiated by Saleem ur Rehman and Sadiq Hussain from J&K Youth Services and Sports.
