JAMMU: Judicial Magistrate Majalta, Touseef Ahmad Magray convicted the accused Mohan Lal, son of Munshi Ram, resident of Jakhanoo Tehsil Majalta District Udhampur in case FIR No. 62/2014 and sentenced him for one year Imprisonment with fine of Rs. 5000 for the commission of offence under Section 354 RPC and one month Simple Imprisonment for the commission of offence under Section 341 RPC.
According to police, a case was registered against accused Mohan Lal in Police St1ation Majalta under FIR No. 62/2014 for the commission of offences under Section 354 and 341 RPC. After completing the investigation, the Challan was produced by the police in the Court of Munsiff Majalta. The case was contested by Senior Prosecuting Officer Rajeshwar Basotra on behalf of State while Advocate Mohan Lal Gupta pleaded the case of accused.
