LEH: Ladakh Buddhist Association (LBA) and the Ladakh Gonpa Association (LGA) called for a Ladakh bandh on Monday to condemn the recent kidnapping and rape case of a minor girl in Leh. President LBA Youth Wing and President Ladakh Gonpa Association on Sunday addressed the media and appealed to the public to support the bandh call to condemn the heinous crime and to show solidarity with the victim. Therefore, all business establishments, shops, and restaurants throughout leh district are likely to remain shut for the entire day.
