JAMMU: Konchok Dorjey, son of Sonam Angchok and Sonam Yangskit, resident of Village Wanla (Gyagarpa), Leh-Ladakh has been declared qualified for the award of the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Botany by the University of Jammu, Jammu. He worked on the topic, “Taxonomic and ethnomycological studies on fleshy fungi in some areas of District Leh (Jammu and Kashmir)” under the supervision of Prof. Yash Pal Sharma, Head, Department of Botany, University of Jammu.
