JAMMU: To encourage the young swimmers to raise their standard of performance at competitive level, a swimming competition was organised in the state-of-the-art Indoor Swimming Pool at KC Sports Club, here on Monday.
Many young swimmers took part with great enthusiasm under various categories. In Free Style of 50 meters in 5 to 9 years age category Simran grabbed the first, Samairah second and Nirjara third position. In Free Style of 50 meters in 10 to 14 years category Ansh grabbed the first, Ayush second and Swyam third position.
In Free Style of 50 meters in 11 to 16 years category Anikait won the first, Arpit second and Devansh third position. Aariv Gupta, 6 years, covered 50 m in just 22 second.
