Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has called an all-party meeting in Srinagar today to assess the situation in flood-ravaged Jammu and Kashmir. Officials say over 200 people have been killed in the worst floods in the state in over a century; lakhs of those still stranded are in dire need of food, water and other essential commodities.
