JAMMU: Ashok Kumar Koul Ex-Registrar General of J&K High Court has been appointed as Registrar Law National Human Right Commission (NHRC). He is first judicial officer of J&K State who has been appointed as Registrar NHRC.
He took over as Registrar Law in National Human Rights Commission of India New Delhi. NHRC is the watch dog of the human rights of the people. This is for the first time that any one from state of Jammu and Kashmir has got such an assignment in NHRC.
