JAMMU: Junior snooker semifinals have been scheduled for tomorrow in the ongoing 24th Jammu Dist-rict Billiards and Snooker Championship, organised by the J and K Billiards and Snooker Association, at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
In the meantime, as per the organisers, the Sub-junior snooker final is also scheduled to be played at 2:00 PM tomorrow, followed by the senior snooker competition.
The Results: Junior Snooker: Basit Wani beat Varun Kumar 2-0 (69-20, 47-34); Arjun Singh defeated Samarth Amla 2-0 (63-24, 66-45); Pankaj Kumar trounced Ishan Singh 2-0 (51-44, 69-13); Ansh Chopra outplayed Furkan Wani 2-1 (65-21, 22-34, 46-34); Kunal Jamwal blanked Manik Sharma 2-1 (63-72, 54-10, 52-40); Basit Wani downed Aman Choudhary 2-1 (37-50, 49-43, 55-33); Mustafa Malik drubbed Shivani 2-1 (47-15, 49-52, 46-13); Vipan Malhi thrashed Sanand Sharma 2-0 (75-47, 57-32); Manik Sharma outplayed Aman Sharma 2-0 (58-45, 54-32); Samarth Amla beat Geet Gupta 2-0 (53-51, 53-26).
