JKPS Kunjwani celebrates birthday of Chairman with gaiety

JAMMU: It was indeed a day of celebration for JK Public School, Kunjwani, being the birthday of the School Chairman Raj Daluja. In a simple yet emotionally-charged ambience the occasion was celebrated. The programme commenced with the floral welcome from the Director Shashi Choudhary and Principal Rajesh Rathore. Shashi Rattan, Vice Principal; Roopinder Kour, Associate Vice Principal; Inderjeet Kour, School Coordinator and Shivangani Pandotra, Coordinator, Toddlers’ World presented a beautifully composed and artistically designed Birthday Card each to the Chairman.
On this occasion, Principal JKPS Kunjwani Rajesh Rathore composed a poem for the Chairman, wherein the first letter of every line was pre-fixed, that is, the first letter of all the lines vertically read the name of the Chairman. It also carried the photographs of his choicest moments with the students of the Toddlers’ World.
During the Life skills period scheduled for the students of Grade XI, Principal JKPS Kunjwani took up the topic “Effective Communication Skills” and asked the students to share their views on the role of the Chairman in taking it to the current status. While taking the lead, a very promising student from Commerce stream, Japanjot Singh shared, “What an auspicious day it is for the school! Laying the foundation stone of a progressive school thirty years ago and nourishing it with his heart and soul deserves a huge round of applause. Maintaining the past standards and raising the bar every year needs visionary leadership and passionate endeavours. I wish happiness, health & blissful time ever ahead to the Chairman sir”. Shariq Raza, another talented student from Grade XI, spoke high about the Chairman. He said, “I’m so proud to be a student of JK Public School, Kunjwani, which has been a Trendsetter, a model of excellence, imparting 21st century holistic education to students on its roles for the last three decades. I shall ever remain indebted to its phenomenal contributions. It has added several dimensions to my persona. Hats off to the visionary leader, who made it possible”!
A debater from Grade XI Diya Sharma went gaga when she expressed her gratitude to the Institution and the visionary person behind its creation. She stated, “JKPS schooling has been an unforgettable experience of learning for me. It not only opened new doors but taught us how to glide through the journey of life by making us composed, aware, sensitive, thinking and responsible human being. I wish a very happy birthday to the visionary founder of the school”.
Mishti Barua, a brilliant writer from Grade XI shared, “JKPS is an Institution for growth and exploration. A student never feels out of place here. There are no destinations, which are beyond our reach. No dream, which can’t be realized. Here sky is not the limit, if we follow our passion under the guidance of the mentors. She wished innumerable milestones and glory to the Institution & the Chairman sir”. Mustafa Yasir, an extremely talented student from Grade XI reflected, “JKPS gives me the space and freedom to find myself. It helps me make myself an individual & formulates my own way of thinking. Learning is lifelong here. I wish all the happiness and joy of the world to respected Raj sir”. Principal JKPS lauded the students of the class for sharing their feelings in such a polished expression. He appreciated teachers for honing the communication skills of the students. He also expressed his gratitude to the Chairman Raj Daluja for envisioning the Institution with lofty ideals and ensuring citizens passing out from its hallowed portals.
