JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police 9th Battalion organised a farewell party for their retiring colleagues Sudershan Roy (Tailor) and Gh Rasool (Barber). Both the officials during 34 years of service career have professionally worked with great dedication, devotion and up to the satisfaction of senior officers.
On the occasion, Commandant JKAP-9th Bn, Shailender Singh, SSP congratulated both the retiring officials and appreciated them for serving the police department for such a long period with great dedication and commitment which is highly appreciated. Retirement gift of Rs 60,000 each on behalf of DGP J&K and gifts from officer colleagues as a token of love were given to both the officials on the occasion.
Safdar Hamid H. Samoon, JKPS, DySP (Adjutant); Zahid Ahmad Lone, DySP (Quarter Master); Imtiyaz Ahmad, Inspector (Officer Incharge Estates) and Altaf Khaliq, Inspector (s) (P.A to Commandant) were also present.
