JK Public School Panjtirthi organises Mass General knowledge quiz

JAMMU: General knowledge is an important aspect of education, as it helps kids perceive, analyse and understand the world around them and improve their social and general awareness.
It is rewarding in many ways : it enriches the minds of children by improving their analytical and thinking abilities, widening their knowledge base and preparing them for life ahead.
General knowledge helps kids perform well in school examinations and boosts their conversational skills by allowing them to speak on a variety of topics with ease. This raises their confidence level and puts them one step ahead of others.
With this aim, JK Public School Panjtirthi organised a Mass General knowledge quiz.
The last Mass quiz competition of the session was based on Current affairs and G.K questions drilled during the assembly .
For every class, there were different quiz masters. All the quiz masters were able to maintain the motivating environment for the students. Students displayed their intellectual skill and posed a tough competition for their rivals.
The winners were awarded with sweets and special gifts .
The Principal said, “To give real service to society we always add something to our curriculum which cannot be bought or measured with money.”
She added that success is a vehicle which moves on a wheel called hard work but the journey is impossible without the fuel called Self Confidence.
