JK Public School Kunjwani shines in Inter-Zone District Level Tournaments

JAMMU: Department of Youth Services & Sports organized various competitions under the chairmanship of Director, Youth Services & Sports J&K UT and under overall supervision of DYSSO Jammu, at Khel Gaon, Nagrota. About 13 zones of District Jammu participated in the tournament.
In Inter-Zonal District Level Cricket competition under the age group of 17 yrs (Boys), students of JK Public School Kunjwani, namely, Saksham Gupta, Priyanka Sharma Dhruv Dogra, Mehul Sharma, Kankshit Chanyal, Rudraksh Vaid brought laurels to the school by being a part of the winner team. Sarla Devi was the Coach.
In a row of competitions, in Inter-School District Level Young Mudo Competition U-14 (Boys) – Akshat Kumar won Gold Medal. Udhyotini Jamwal, Bhavya Vikas and Amayara Gupta won Gold Medals in Under 14 (girls) category. Arvind Singh, Ajay Singh, Harshjot Singh, Akshat Gupta and Rajan Singh won Gold Medals in Under-17 Boys. Gopal Dass Judo coach of this school was the Chief Referee in this event.
Hunar Wazir, Pariyant Damathia, Ishmit Kour, Aunjan Mattu, Sanskriti Sharma, Arushi Babbar, Sherish Gupta, Mannat Kapoor added another feather by being a part of Runners Up Team of Inter-Zonal District Level Volleyball Tournament U-14 (Girls) held at Domana on 21 May, 2022.
Director JK Public School, Shashi Chaudhary and Principal, Rajesh Rathore congratulated the winners in the Morning Assembly and gave a big Pat to the coaches for training the students for their commendable performance on such a big platform.
The School Principal, Rajesh Rathore congratulated the children for their commendable performance and their coaches for having made the children practice so brilliantly and hone their skills to this level. The beaming children and their mentors promised to bring more laurels and glory to the Institution in days to come.
