Jakiians shine in Chess fest tournament

JAMMU: Two jakiians namely Lakshay Choudhary of class 8th and Ishaan Choudhary of class 3rd of JK Public School (JKPS) Panjtirthi participated in Chess fest tournament and came out with flying colours.
Among 180 chess players from different reputed schools, Ishaan Choudhary got 6th position while Lakshay Choudhary bagged 1st position under-16 category.
The Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah congratulated the jakiians and wished them good luck for future.
She added, “Your hard work and perseverance have led you to this moment. The true test of a champion is not whether he can triumph, but whether he can overcome obstacles. Self-belief and hard work will always earn you success.”
