MENDHAR: Four matches were played on the second day of the ongoing Inter District Pir Panjal Football League being organised by Indian Army at Op Hill Stadium, here on Friday.
In the first match of the day, Doda Dare Devils beat Ramban Warriors in a penalty in a penalty shootout as the match ended in draw in scheduled time, Defence Spokesperson Lt Col Manish Mehta said.
In second match, Poonch Panthers defeated Nowshera Knight Riders by 3-1 while Kishtwar Strikers trounced Doda Dare Devils by 5-0 in this match and in the last match of the day, Rajouri Royals outplayed Ramban Warriors by 6-0, Lt Col Mehta informed.
