Information Department artists in collaboration with JK Mountessorie School organises cultural prog on Ekta Diwas

JAMMU: In connection with Ekta Diwas Celebrations, the artists of Cultural Wing of Information Department in collaboration with JK Mountessorie School, Talab Tillo organised a cultural programme in its auditorium, here on Tuesday.
On the occasion, Chairman of the JK Mountessorie School Prof Mohammad Ayuub Khan was the Chief Guest while Director Academics Rajni Gupta was Guest of Honour.
Managing Director JK Mountessorie School Sanjeev Gupta, Cultural Officer, Information Department Raman Joshi, Vice Principal of the School Geeta Dixit besides other dignitaries of the school and students in large numbers enjoyed the programme.
Prof Ayuub said music is vital tool to ease stress in life. He said such events provide healthy entertainment to the audience.
He also requested the Information Department to organise such programme in future also in the school.
The artists of Information Department who presented a scintillating cultural programme which enthralled the students included Jeevan Sharma, Vijay Anand, Zulikha Farid, Sumit Bhardwaj, Surjit Singh Sumbaria, Kamal Kumar and Bunty Kumar.
The students of the school presented Saraswati Vandana and Dogri dance which was highly applauded by the audience.
