KATHUA: The rehearsals for 71st Independence Day is going on in Sports Stadium Kathua. The Deputy Superintendent of Police and Distt. Youth Services And Sports Officer Subhash Chander Sharma are coordinating the Independence Day reharsals at Sports Stadium Kathua. Dr. Bharat Bhushan Additional Deputy Commissioner Kathua on Friday visited the Sports Stadium Kathua and reviewed the preparedness of the parade consignments. He inspected the parade which has 42 continents of different Govt. schools, private schools, CRPF, Distt. Police, Forest Protection Force and Police Training School kathua.
ADC asked the consignments to give their best on Independence Day. The Department Youth Services and Sports, Sports Council, Municipal Council, Health, PHE and Medical have made the necessary arrangements. Besides parade, cultural programme is also being presented by Govt. and private schools. Aruna Sharma Distt. Education and Planning Officer was also present.
