I.N.D.I.A alliance is the good effort of the opposition parties with the aim and objective to defeat the NDA in 2024 general elections .But one thing is clear and tall that this alliance of opposition parties is an alliance made out of compulsion and convenience and there is no ideological similarity among the non BJP political parties .However the INDIA alliance has only one point agenda and that is the removal of PM Modi from the seat of power and only this one point agenda unites them and these opposition parties have no convergence of the ideology as they have come together to oust Modi from power in 2024.Thus the opposition parties have but to unite for ousting Modi from occupying the levers of power for the third consecutive time .The focal point of the opposition unity is the one point formula of somehow removing Modi from power in 2024.The opposition parties have formed the alliance called INDIA out of compulsion otherwise there is no positivity about the opposition alliance .The opposition alliance is a marriage of convenience and there is no commonality among the opposition parties but the negative politics and objective of ousting Modi from power in 2024 general elections .This compulsive alliance is based on negativity and its only agenda and aim is to somehow not to allow Modi to again leech to power .Thus this alliance formed on compulsion does not want to gain power than to oust Modi from again gaining power in 2024 Lok Sabha elections .Thus the meeting point of the opposition front is not how to gain power than to keep Modi away from power .The TMC leader and the chief minister of West Bengal has now realized that working under the congress leadership is the only good option in the circumstances obtained and thus has she now made up her mind to work under the broad gaze of congress as there is no way good away from it .Mamta has now come on the broad gaze line of opposition unity .Mamta was seeing the dream of becoming the prime minister of the country and in West Bengal the posters were being pasted that whole of Bengal wants to see the Didi as the Prime minister of India and there is no sin in to become a prime minister as in a democracy any person can aspire to become the PM and the only condition and criteria is that his party or alliance of parties should have absolute majority in the Lok Sabha and without this majority any claimant and incumbent is seeing moungri lal ke swapne .The posters have been erased by the wind of political change and opposition unity and now she has made up her mind to work under the flag of congress which is the main opposition party .On 18th July in Bangluru conclave of the opposition parties ,Mamta has addressed the gathering by calling Rahul as her favorite .Four months before, Mamta Banerjee has called Rahul as the big asset of BJP ,but now there is much change in the behavior of Mamta and she has made up her mind to be part and parcel of the opposition alliance and for the time being she has distanced from being the prime ministerial face of the opposition in 2024.It is piquant that there were many claimants for the prime minister’s post ,but thank God that now the question of prime ministerial candidate has been left to be decided after the elections and thus the race for the PM post has been solved for the time being .The prime ministerial candidates has the potential of disrupting the unity move of the opposition parties but now there is moratorium upon the face of the prime ministerial candidate .Thus for the time being there is silence on the question of prime ministerial face of the opposition .Dr Farooq Abdullah the chief of NC ,former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir and the present MP has rightly commented that let the opposition first win the election and then select the prime ministerial face. .There is no dearth of prime ministerial faces in the opposition conglomerate .The Bihar chief minister and the chief of JDU also nurses the dream to become the prime minister of the country and likewise the president of NCP and senior politician also dreams to become the prime minister .Then the congress leader and Gandhi-Nehru scion also is a claimant for the top post of prime minister and then he is the leader of the main opposition party .Then the dream of becoming the prime minister of Mamta Banerjee is not hidden from anyone .There is race for the prime minister’s post in the opposition parties .But now for the sake of opposition unity ,the question of naming the prime ministerial face has been shelved till the elections are over otherwise before unity opposition would have seen and suffered disunity .Thus to save the opposition unity ,it is so good that the question of who is the oppositions face of prime minister has been shelved till the outcome of the polls and thus opposition unity was saved from collapsing before its unity .Therefore let the opposition alliance fight the general elections as a united front with all might at its disposal and win the elections which is not that easy but is a herculean task .For winning Lok Sabha elections ,the opposition alliance should work as a united front and force so that it can gain some upper hand in the elections ,but it is easier said than done .All that one can say about the opposition alliance is that INDIA is an alliance of compulsion and convenience .Let the INDIA show its mettle in the 2024 elections and these polls will be the test of the strengthen of the opposition alliance.
