SAMBA: Trishool House outplayed Akash House in nail biting contest by one point (12-11) in the Inter-House Boys Kho-Kho matches, organised by Humanity Public School in the school premises on Saturday.
The teams of Agni, Prithvi, Akash and Trishool House participated and played on knock-out-basis in preliminary phase which were followed by quarterfinals and semifinals.
In first semifinal, Akash House downed Agni House by four points (15-11) while in second semifinal Trishool House defeated Prithvi House by one point (8-7).
The matches were officiated by Ajay Sharma and Surekha.
Earlier, Principal, Gaurav Charak wished all the best to teams and said that matches were organised to identify the sporting talent which will help to ameliorate the mental and physical development and in turn constructive nation building.
