Dear Editor,
Media should not have let the controversy surrounding Art of Living’s World Cultural Festival take centrestage as this event is a significant historic event which could have projected India as a great spiritual and cultural leader of the world. Many global leaders are expected to attend it and it could have been great relation- and image-building exercise for India. Environmental concerns could have been dealt with more responsibility. Now, we have lost on both environmental and strategic fronts.
