JAMMU: In a petition filed by 35 doctors who are working as Registrar/Demonstrator seeking quashing of the communication being addressed by Director Finance to Principal, Govt Medical College Jammu and endorsement to Principal GMC Jammu to the extent the same reduced the pay of the petitioners, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat of J and K High Court Jammu Wing observed that order dated 19th November, 2014 passed in instant CMA is modified to the extent that operation of impugned communication No HMe/Acctts/98/2014 dated 29th October, 2014 of Director Finance shall remain stayed qua the petitioners.
Court after hearing Advocate Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner further directed Principal GMC Jammu to pay salary to the petitioners which they were getting before passing the above said communication. JNF
