JAMMU: In a petition filed by Modern Hotel Private Limited for restraining the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the land measuring 10 Marlas 152 Sq.ft which is under the possession of the petitioner as Lessee of Jammu Development Authority (JDA) and for direction to JDA to allot an alternate site in the adjoining area, Justice Alok Aradhe of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing both the sides disposed of the petition with the direction that Vice Chairman, JDA will take a decision on the proposal for allotment of alternate site to the petitioner, if the decision has not already been taken. The aforesaid authority shall decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of two months.
