BARAMULLA: With a view to ensure smooth conduct of Assembly Election, 2014 in Baramulla District, the District Election Officer, Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone has issued orders to ban use of any polythene item during the election process.
Meanwhile, all those persons having licensed arms have been asked to immediately handover them to the nearest police stations.
On the other hand, the process of First Level Check (FLC) of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) is smoothly going on in the district in which these machines are properly checked by the engineers in presence of the representatives of political parties.
