JAMMU: To raise the J&K team for the 45th Junior Boys National Handball Championship, organised by the Handball Federation of India (HFI), Amateur Handball Association of J&K shall hold two-day selection trials on March 14 and 15 at S D Sabha School grounds, Old Rehari, here.
The selected team shall represent UT of J&K at the National championship which is being hosted by Madhya Pradesh Handball Association from March 23 to 27 at Vidisha in MP.
Those players born on or after January 1, 2004 are only eligible for the selection process. Such players have been advised by the Association to report the given venue at 4 pm on March 14 and 15.
The selection shall be followed by a brief camp at the same venue, a handout issued by the Association here on Tuesday informed.
