S.0.498.- In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to direct that proviso first to sub-rule (1) of rule 16 of the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination Rules, 2018 shall be omitted, read complete notification below.
