JAMMU: Senior Congress leader and MLA Inderwal, Ghulam Mohammad Saroori said that the State Government is not fully prepared to tackle any disaster including earthquake and floods and demanded establishment of full flagged Disaster Management Cell at Doda and Kishtwar Districts.
Showing his concern towards recent media reports on high magnitude earthquake predicted by an American scientist, Saroori laid stress that disaster management system should be strengthened.
MLA Inderwal added that there is need to hold district level meetings to be chaired by the minister himself to clear compensation and other revenue related cases in the State.
