Govt nominates Administrative Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs as Nodal Officer for cases of NHRC

Sanction is hereby accorded to the nomination of Administrative Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs as Nodal Officer for all cases pertaining to the Union territory of Jammu & Kashmir in the National Human Rights Commission.
The Nodal Officer shall be responsible for ensuring uploading of reports/communications/opinions sought by the Commission expeditiously on HRC portal in order to avoid postage/paper works etc, read order below:
