JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday constituted a Committee to screen NABARD Projects.
“Sanction is accorded to constitution of Committee, for screening NABARD projects, before recommending them further for approval and to ensure that such projects are focused on addressing gaps in various sectors,” reads an order issued by Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department. As per order, the committee will be headed byAdministrative Secretary, Finance Department as its Chairman while Director Finance (Resources) will be its Member Secretary and Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department, Administrative Secretary of the concerned Department and Representative of General Administration Department (not below the rank of Special/Additional Secretary to the Government) will be its Members.
