UDHAMPUR: Senior Congress Leader and Indian National Trade Union State Secretary Sumeet Magotra while addressing a meeting of unemployed youth expressed that youth is frustrated due to anti-people policies of State Government. He said that it is just an example of slackness of the system of J and K Government where in some posts of Junior Assistants of J and K State (Division level) in the department s of PWD were referred to JKSSB in the year 2007 when two departments i.e. PWD and PHE were under one ministry. In this regard, these posts were advertised vide JKSSB advertised No. 1 of 2009 item no.43, but the same were re- advertised vide JKSSB No.02 of 2011 item no 172. Magotra disclosed that in the month of May-2015,JKSSB awoken from slumber and conducted type tests of the candidates who had applied for the posts of Jr. Assistants way back in the year 2009 and 2011. The final list was declared by JKSSB on 18th of December- 2015 for the posts of Jr. Assistants in PWD among other departments.
All the departments have issued sanction orders in favor of the selectees expect PWD till date. INTUC leader has again expressed that it is astonishing to note that the candidates who spent their prime age for waiting since 2007 are still clamoring for their joining in the PWD which is clear slackness on part of system of J and K Gover-nment. Referring another example of slackness of system of J and K Government Magotra said that JKSSB advertised a number of posts vide no 05 of 2013 item no 508 in various departments in State, division and district level but it is also a fact that some of these posts have been finalised and many of them are still in pipelines. Sumeet Magotra while criticising the State Government has expressed that above mentioned examples show how fast the system of J and K Government is working? Aspirant youths of J and K State are feeling neglected those are already frustrated in the present turmoil of the State and their frustration may bound to keep them in the path of destruction. He further expressed that our Prime Minister is claiming for good days and the leaders of collation partner of State Government BJP is calming for good governance. But present government is unable to delivered the goods.
