SRINAGAR: Go Amir Elites register their 5th win and qualified for second phase of Premier League in volleyball from District Srinagar in the ongoing JKSC Premier League played at Mini Indoor Stadium Pologround, here.
In the first volleyball match played today, Tailbal Tigers beat Dhara Warriors by 3-1 sets while MKM Balhama Blasters beat M I Lasjan Lions by 3-2 sets in second match and in last match Go Amir Elites beat Real Leather Elites by 3-1 sets.
Football: Two matches were played today at Synthetic Turf Football Stadium, Srinagar. In the first match Kashmir Avengers FC defeated Lonestar FC by a solitary goal in a thrilling contest. With this win Kashmir Avengers FC qualified for second phase after topping the points table of group B. The second match was played between Real Kashmir FC and Novelty FC which was won by Real Kashmir FC by two goals to nil.
The Premier League is being organised by J&K Sports Council in collaboration with respective sports associations.
