AKHNOOR: Expressing his faith in Jammu people, senior Congress leader and Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood control, Sham Lal Sharma urged upon them to defeat both, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and National Conference (NC), who exposed as betrayers of their interests and hidden agenda to keep “Jammu as second fiddle to Kashmir”.
He described BJP as directionless, after deviating from their past rhetoric on Article 370 and Hindu chief minister from Jammu, as trying to offer lollypop of development, indeed, failed to give anything special to our state.
Taking dig at BJP’s good governance claim, Sharma said even Narendra Modi fed up by his own party leaders, which exposed how BJP to bring their Achhe Din with controversies around.
He said, 20 seats in last phase elections will decide the fate of BJP and NC.
Congress all set to get majority of them since voters trusted Congress alone can steer forward the agenda of good governance and to empower Jammu region with Regional Development Council as pledges in their manifesto, he said.
He accused BJP to back-track from all those issues of Jammu cause, but reiterated, if Jammu people give massive mandate to Congress, their all dreams to be changed into reality.
