JAMMU: GGM Science College lifted the trophy of Volleyball (Men) Tournament organized by Cluster University of Jammu in SPMR College of Commerce on Wednesday. Dr. Jatinder Khajuria Registrar, Cluster University of Jammu was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Prof. Surinder Sharma Principal SPMR College of Commerce and Dr. Vinod Bakshi, Director Physical Education and Sports, Cluster University of Jammu welcome the Chief Guest. In first match, SPMR College of Commerce defeated Govt MAM College by 3-2 while in another match GGM Science College outplayed College of Education by 3-0. In the final match, GGM Science College trounced SPMR College of Commerce and by 3-2 and retained the trophy. Aman Kumar and Sudanshu Verma of GGM Science College played excellent and Yuvraj Singh of SPMR College of Commerce was the real hero of the tournament who has shown the best performance against MAM College and GGM. Science College. Prof. Pawn Gupta, Prof Sandhya Bhardwaj, Prof Sunil Dutt, Prof. Arfan Ali, Roopali Slathia (Physical Director), Prof. Neenu Sawhney (Physical Director), Raman Kalaria (Physical Director), Anchal Singh (Ex Physical Director) H.S Gill, Ramesh Sharma were among the various dignitaries present during the occasion. The match was officiated by Mulkh Raj, Parminder Singh and Auhit Chandil.
