KATRA: Dr. Thimappa Hegde, Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon and Director – Narayana Institute of Neurosciences at Narayana Health group’s flagship unit in Bengaluru -NH Health City is scheduled to visit Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital (SMVDNSH) at Kakriyal here to enhance the facilities and services in the department of Neurosciences at the hospital.
During his visit on Saturday, 5th November, he will be available for free screening and consultation from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. People ailing with brain, nerve and spine related disorders may avail the benefits of specialist consultation in the area of Neurosciences.
Dr. Hegde received his training in Neurosurgery at the prestigious NIMHANS in Bengaluru. He has a fellowship in skull base surgery from Washington DC and has authored numerous publications chronicled in International journals.
He is a motivational speaker and was invited to the Vatican to speak at an International meeting at Vatican City. He will be addressing the doctors, members of Shrine Board and students at an august gathering at the hospital campus on the evening of 5th November.
