Dear Editor,
That the flood situation in Jammu and Kashmir is grim can be gathered from the way the world media are covering the catastrophe. With the disaster management force achieving partial success, the need of the hour is to expedite measures being taken at all levels towards rescue and relief. The displaced people of the State should be rehabilitated at the earliest. In this, all political parties must lend a helping hand.
