Salim Jahangir Lone, Showkat Ahmad Dar, Manish Kumar Sharma, Imtiaz Ahmed, Parhan Jehanzeb Naqash.
The promotions shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before any competent court of law, read order below.
