R S PURA : In a devastating situation due to incessant rains and floods, 2,368 houses were damaged in R S Pura according to the assessment made by the revenue authorities.
According to the information collected from the department 2,368 houses were damaged out of which 1,787 Kacha houses were completely collapsed while 581 ther houses also suffered extensive damage . in all 227 houses were partly damaged while 807 cattle shed and 22 live stocks were washed away.
Giving details of the loss, Tehsildar RS Pura Manoj Bhagat said that the detail collected will soon be submitted to Deputy Commissioner Jammu.
