KATRA: Police on Sunday arrested a drug peddler and recovered 160gm poppy straw and 120 gm Charas from his possession.
According to a report, a special team from Police Station Katra headed by SDPO Katra Dr Ashok Sharma under the direct supervision of Sumir Kotwal and Sujit Kumar SSP Reasi recovered 160 gm of poppy straw and 120 gm of Charas from the possession of one person namely Rakesh Kumar son of Krishna Chand resident of Akhali Sherwad Tehsil Katra District Reasi.
A case under FIR No. 79/2015 section 8/15 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Katra.
