Dear Editor,
Kindly draw attention of the concerned authority towards the increaseing dog menace in Jammu city especially old city where increaseing population of dogs has created problem for common masses by terror and health harzards. Municipality is not taking cognisance in this regards and turning deaf ears towards it rather than taking concrete steps to give relief to people. They can resort to sterilisation of dogs in large numbers and by taking them away from the municipal limits. Step taken in right direction will make this heritage city clean and safe to live in.
