Diwali-A festival which gives many reasons to smile and enjoy

Jammu: The pious festival of Diwali was celebrated at JK Public School (JKPS) Panjtirthi with devotion , enthusiasm and excitement.
The Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah and Anju Jamwal inaugurated the function with the pious lighting of lamp ceremony.
Suman Jamwal and Raksha Thakur commenced the celebration and briefed the Jakians about rituals, beliefs, facts and mythological stories related to the festival.
They urged the audience, “let’s lead this planet towards light and fill our homes with light and prayers , not with fumes and crackers .”
To keep alive the spirit of share and care, Jakian gave a talk to minimize the Poisonous gases and maximize the happiness and to celebrate an eco-friendly Diwali.
The role play on “Ramayana”, the Lord Ram Stuti performance and the Dandia dance was the highlight of the day. Two Jakiians were awarded for their outstanding performance.
A quiz on Diwali celebration was conducted by the Principal and the winners were awarded.
The Principal rewarded Raksha Thakur for organising the function in a novel way .
The Principal was flabbergasted over the performance of the Jakians.
She added, “The triumph of virtue over the vice is the eternal truth. This Diwali burst your ego, hatred, negative attitude, and not crackers.” She motivated the Jakians to light a lamp of love, blast a chain of sorrow, shoot a rocket of Prosperity. She wished Happy Diwali to one and all.”
