JAMMU: In a contempt petition filed by Sanjay Gupta and others seeking implementation of judgment regarding consideration of appointment in Youth Services and Sports, Justice D.S Thakur after hearing Advocate Vivek Sharma observed that the respondent would be under obligation to implement the judgment dated 23rd April, 2001 as upheld by the Division Bench and directed respondents to take steps to pass requisite orders after consideration in favour of petitioners with a period of six weeks.
High Court further held that commissioner/secretary Technical Education shall be personally responsible for the implementation of this order and in case, the requisite orders are not passed and placed before this Court, he shall remain personally present on the next date of hearing. JNF
