Law of JK is applicable only on Jammuites whereas this law is thrown to winds in case of Kashmir. This is self explanatory keeping in view offer of compensation and jobs to antinational stone pelters by State Govt. If, this offer is implemented, it will be a heinous murder of democracy. It will give a clear message to law abiding unemployed youth of Jammu province that task of stone pelting is only superway to achievement of job. Prime Minister Modi is urged to interfere to ensure fair application of law and value based politics in Jammu and Kashmir.
