JAMMU: Director General of Police (DGP), J&K Dilbagh Singh reviewed the progress of the J&K Riffle Association regarding planning formulation for the year 2023-24 at KC Banquet Hall here on Sunday.
The meeting was attended by S. S Sodhi, President J&K Riffle Association, Kuldeep Singh Jamwal, Chairman of JKRA, Arun Mansotra, Treasurer and prominent businessmen, Shard Chander Singh, CEO, Vice President Samar Dev Singh, V.S Pathania Advisory Committee member, Ashok Sharma Director Sports, Anupam Sambyal from District Samba and other famous dignitaries were also attended the meeting including-Anil Kaphai, Secretary Amar Singh Club, Jammu, Sidharth Sharma, ex- Joint Secretary Sports Council, Arvind Kalra, Director Pharmaceutical Company, Akhil Kaphai, Bldg. Consultant, Sonu Dang, Director Tawi Buiilders, Ajay Mahajan and Shekhar Mahajan K C Group of Companies, Captain Murti Chief Editor, Greater Jammu, Bhanu Partap Singh AAG, J&K High Court, Ashok Sharma Retd SSP, M.L Mehra SSP retd, other prominent businessmen were Ashu Goel, Parveen Mittal, Aditya Bhargav, and principal Nagbani School Raj Kumar Verma , Romesh Gupta DPS jammu, T S Tony, BDS Chairman.
During the meeting the President JKRA, S.S Sodhi apprised the DGP J&K regarding previous year plans and about the plan proposals for the sport activities and also the sport calendar of year.
The sport calendar of every district in final shape and activities will be started in time.
It was also informed the corporate Jagat are very much interested to support the Riffles Association and their activities.
DGP congratulated the new members and assured the full support for the development and said that JKP will always stand in promoting promotion and developing the infrastructure for the Gen X.
