SRINAGAR: As per the instructions from Election Commission of India (ECI), the Returning Officer Srinagar Parliamentary Constituency has asked the District Election Officer Budgam to deploy a Static Surveillance Team (SST) at Srinagar Airport for keeping check on the cash flow through Chartered Flights, if any.
