SAMBA: District Magistrate, Samba Sheetal Nanda in exercise of the powers vested in her under Section 144 Cr, P.C. has imposed ban on transportation of Bovine animals from Samba to other districts.
As per an order issued on 24th October, 2016, bovine animals cannot be transported from Samba to other districts except with permission from District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate, Samba.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of two months from the date of its issuance till the same is rescinded, whichever is earlier.
