JAMMU: In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-rule [2] of Rule 28 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, the Government on Tuesday directed that the last date for filing of returns for the First and the Second Quarter of 2016-17 shall now be 30th November, 2016 and 31st December, 2016 respectively.
The order in this regard was issued on Tuesday by Navin K. Choudhary, Commissioner/Secretary to Government Finance Department.
