JAMMU: Masarat Qadir of Post Graduate (PG) Departments bagged the gold winning the annual inter-college women’s Cross Country competition, organised by Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, on the campus, here on Tuesday.
Second place secured by Nidha Rashid, again of PG Departments, while Jigmet Diksit of Government College for Women (GCW) Parade finished third.
The event was supervised by athletics coaches, Nirmal Singh and Harsimran Singh.
The competition witnessed besides others by Director Sports and Physical Education, Prof Dhian Singh Bhau, Sumnesh Sharma, Dr Mandeep Singh, Suman Lata, Mukesh Sharma, Raj Kumar Bakshi, Vikesh Sharma, Gautam, Ravish Vaid, Gagan Kumar, Jai Bharat, Vikas Karlopia, Pawan singh, Arjun Singh, P.D Singh and Dr Brij Baloria.
