CPIM Leader and Parliament member Sita Ram Yechuri on a two days visit to J&K. He visited valley and took stock of post flood situation. During a press conference he said that central government should declare Kashmir flood as National Disaster, meanwhile reacting on Indo Pak ceasefire violations, he appealed both countries to resume dialogue process to resolve all issues.
