NOWSHERA: To educate and equip villagers in the border areas to effectively fight and prevent spread of COVID-19 an awareness camp was organized and mandatory kits were provided for establishing Sanjeevni Covid Surksha Kender in Nowshera sector.
Sanjeevani Covid medical examination centre has been established at Kalsiyan village by Indian Army. This initiative is to facilitate local populace by spreading awareness about the fight against COVID-19 as well as to integrate in this noble pursuit by making them self-reliant by equipping then for preventive measures. Provision of COVID-19 related medical equipment and stores will facilitate in initial screening and finally detection as well as management .The Surksha Kendre is equipped with stores like Thermometers, Hygiene kit, sanitizers, Chemicals, Phenyl, Bleaching powder, manpack 15 ltr spray, Gloves, Handwash., Pulse oxymeter and other allied infrastructures. The inaugural ceremony was attended by all prominent representative of village. The centre will benifit 200 villagers in fighting against the covid-19 pandemic. A noble initiative for the local populace.
