SRINAGAR: Counseling for the Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) session 2016-2017 is being conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) at Jammu and Srinagar simultaneously from 26th July, 2016 onwards. According to a statement issued by the Higher Education Department, the venues for the counselling include Govt College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and Amar Singh College, Srinagar. All the provisionally eligible candidates who have submitted online applications for PMSSS for the academic session 2016-17 and whose name appear in the final Merit list available at AICTE Web Portal http://www.aicte-india.org/downloads/JnK list final 2016-17- pdf have been asked to attend the counseling at the centre chosen by them in online application for allotment of seats as per the schedule publicized through detailed notification in this regard. The candidates have been asked to report to their respective Counselling Centers one hour before the scheduled time alongwith requisite documents.
