BANI: The monthly meeting of Congress workers was organised at Bani, under the leadership of Rajnesh Sharma (Mian) Sr. Congress Leader in which a large number of workers and people from all walks of life participated.
The participants apprised Rajnesh Sharma about the damages occurred due to the heavy rainfall in the last week. People said that there are huge damages to the individual properties of the people but till date no relief has reached them and there are damages to road network and crops as well.
Rajnesh Sharma gave patient hearing to all the participating and appealed to the administration and Govt. to assess the damages of the people and send relief immediately. He also appealed to the revenue authorities to assess the damages saying that there is a lot of shortage of APL ration. He also appealed to the authorities to repair road network and electricity.
During the meeting a local leader Rakesh Gupta from Bani hailed and appreciated the work done by Rajnesh Sharma in Bani Constituency for last so many years. He said that he will also extended his support to young and dynamic leader.
The prominent among those present in the meeting -Hans Raj Padha, Haji Rasheed, Roshan, Darshan, Rashpaul Radhey Dr. Permanand Askok Kumar, Sanesh Kumar, Hardev, Mustaq and Rumal Singh.
