Jammu: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice M.M Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan directed State to comply with the directions issued by this Court within two weeks to file response regarding setting up of centre for organ transplant and faculty position in medical colleges.
The directions came after hearing Advocate Navneet Dubey appearing for the PIL filed by Smile Social Youth Club through its President Matloob Saleem Qureshi raising an important issue of regarding facilities for organ transplant, in the state.
Division Bench further observed that as per earlier order Principal GMC Jammu and Srinagar were directed to come-up with detailed report but they have not filed and directed them to submit detailed project report on next date of hearing. JNF
